Originally formed in 1953 under the name Industrial Contractors, ICI has been in the construction business for over 50 years. During this time we have performed projects ranging from nuclear programs to national defense and the space program.

We specialize in stainless steel high pressure and cryogenic piping installation.

Our staff has extensive experience in the construction industry. We offer services in construction, construction management, fabrication, piping installation, and engineering.


ICI has experience in a variety of projects as both a general and subcontractor in many locations across the country. We have worked extensively with the federal government and understand how to meet their unique requirements. Our in house quality and safety programs are capable of meeting the strictest of requirements including NQA-1.

Piping Installation

ICI has literally installed 1000 of miles of piping in a variety of climates, locations, and projects. In addition to installation we can fabricate most jobs in our shop. For EELV SLC-6 we self-fabricated a 60’ fueling skid containing over 7000’ of piping and tubing. We have the knowledge and experience to do the job right the first time.

  • B2 Test Stand Restoration and Modification
    This project consisted on demolition and construction activities to adapt the B2 Test Stand to assist in NASA’s ongoing mission of sending a manned space flight to Mars.  The B2 Test Stand was originally constructed in the 1960’s as part of the space race to send a man to the moon.  Much of the piping that was originally installed had deteriorated over time, and as part of ICI’s scope had to be demolished and disposed of, much of which was […]
